A heavily marbled ribeye with fat throughout. The rib bone is kept attached to the head of the steak, making for a perfect handle consuming all of that grassfed goodness with no utensils (bib not included). Marbled throughout with melt-in-your-mouth grassfed beef fat. Perfect on the grill or in cast iron.
