Description
We are brining and smoking a limited number of Easter Hams.
These will be available for delivery on April 1. Orders for Easter Hams are due March 30 at 9:00 am.
There are two types of ham to choose from. Our ECO Cure hams are done without nitrates of any kind. These hams will taste like ham but lack the traditional pink coloration due to a lack of nitrates.
The other type of ham will be done with Sodium Nitrate. These hams will be pink and typical.
Both hams will be smoked once they are finished in the brine.
Ham will be $15/lb. with a minimum weight of 4.0 lb.
