Bulk purchases of Beef this year are based on discount levels from our market CSA. $300 – 10% discount, $500 – 15% discount, $1000 – 20% discount.
The weight of each of the boxes is listed. Each purchase will also additionally include bones, liver, heart, tongue and suet at no additional cost. Keep in mind that buying bulk beef from other producers does not include the poundage loss due to dry aging and processing. This loss is usually 40-50%. Please note that the final weights from a custom slaughter hanging weight price includes bones, liver, heart and tongue.
Our Grass-fed and Grass-finished Jersey Cross beef is USDA slaughtered at a federally inspected facility. Each cut is individually vacuum sealed. We are well known for our premium grass-fed Jersey beef. All beef is dry aged.
