Thanksgiving week is here!  This is a big delivery week for us and we look forward to loading you up with holiday specials.  Orders are due on Monday at 9:00 am.  We will be delivering on Wednesday November 26.  Please have orders in on time so we can keep on schedule.  

We have put up a Thanksgiving Produce Box that will include Winter Squash, Potatoes, Carrots, Cabbage, Shallots, Kale bunch and and herb bundle.

Eric and Luke are busy putting new siding on the upper barns.  It looks great and the animals will appreciate a more airtight facility.

Kent has been putting clapboard siding on The Heritage Kitchen and shop.  We are hoping for a spring opening.

Our Beef and Chicken boxes are available.  We have sold more lean boxes than we anticipated and we are waiting on the butcher for the lean cuts.  We will let you know if we are waiting for cuts that are in your box order.  Most boxes are in stock and available for delivery.

Sign ups for our 2026 Home Delivery CSA has been robust.  I anticipate that our season will be full and closed much earlier than usual.  If you want to participate please get signed up.  If you sign up before December 5 you will get an additional free holiday share delivered on December 12.

Our laying hens are finally producing at a level that allows us to open up sales.  All amounts for retail sales are open.  If you get a 15 dozen case, it comes with free delivery.  The eggs are fresh and so will last for a month or more.

The Heritage Kitchen is in full production.  We have breads, bagels, English muffins, pies, charcuteries, milk, nog, butter, yogurts and a few other sweets.

We also have a full line of broth, stocks, tallow, lard and pies.  Have I mentioned pies?

Kicking off the Holiday Season we are filled with anticipation.  Special food, special people and wonderful time spent together.  We are thankful and excited!
