The Plato Dale Farmshop orders are due tomorrow morning for this Wednesday's delivery. Please have orders in by 9:00 am. 

Our boxed meats and February produce delivery will be due on February 17 for a Wednesday, February 19 delivery.

We now have meat box selections that include smaller mixed boxes with a wide variety of options.  These are designed to be ordered monthly with smaller amounts.  Of course our wide variety of meats are available by the cut as well.

Our wintertime activity has been challenged by lots of snow and really cold temperatures.  Just getting the basics done is a challenge most days.  

We are blessed with new overhead doors on the farm center of operations.  That has allowed us to improve the heating of storage and working areas.  We have lots of cleanup and organization to do before spring gets here.  

The new farm store and kitchen are getting some attention and we hope to open in time for spring markets.  The new equipment and facility will allow us to expand all of the areas of what we currently do.

We have a new pasta maker that is really quite exciting.  We hope to make organic pastas for both our own use and for market.  Jenny was working on ravioli last week.  

We are making our applications to farmers markets this week.  In addition to the markets, our farm store will be open on Saturdays. This will challenge us.

Our Home Delivery CSA is open for subscriptions.  If you would like to sign up for this year with payment options, the downpayment and sign up is due by the end of February. Home Delivery CSA Link
