The Holiday Season is in full swing.  We have many great choices for your holiday table, grazing or treats.

We will be delivering next Tuesday, December 23 so that we avoid Christmas Eve.  Orders are due by Monday at 8:00 am in order to pack out on time.  Our next delivery will be January 7, 2026.

We have the last produce box of the season available.  We will not have any more produce available until spring of 2026 with the possible exception of winter squash.

The Heritage Kitchen is also putting out a Festive Pack with 3 NYS cheeses, 2 charcuterie meats and a choice of bread.

We are putting tin siding with windows on the chicken coop before we get delivery of our spring pullets.  Eric and Luke are doing a great job!

We have some really nice prime rib roasts available on the store right now.  They are limited in quantity.  Delivered just in time for your holiday!

Breeding season for sheep is here.  We are moving the ram in with the ewes this week.  This will make for a May/June lambing season to keep it out of the cold.  Last year we were earlier and it was -10 outside at our first lambing.

Our friends are baking and cooking up a storm.  

A storm has settled over us here as the snow picks back up with some lake effect this afternoon.  Jenny and I are practicing our Christmas music for services this coming week.  We hope that you all are gathered by crackling fires with your nog and wassail.  

We are grateful for all of you.  Our prayers are for peace on earth, health for everyone and that joy fills your homes. Thanks for supporting us this year.
