We are already into our fourth week of CSA and going into the July 4th week.  Time flies!  This will be a week B for Home Delivery CSA.

Things in the field continue well.  We weed, plant and harvest everyday.  The crew is experienced at this point in the year and things are going smoothly!  Time is always our issue and keeping up is our main challenge.

We have one more week of rotations for the cows before start our second grazing.  We are mowing the pastures as we rotate them to try to stop noxious weeds from getting a foothold where we don't want them!

I have added a choice in our farmstore to pick for add on to your Home Delivery CSA.  If you place an order in the farmshop just select the choice to have it delivered with your CSA for no additional delivery charge.

Clayton is working hard in the The Heritage Kitchen this week.  We are putting subway tile on the walls and getting ready to install the drywall on ceilings.  

Chicken will start to be processed soon.  We should have fresh chicken at the markets in two weeks.  They are getting big.

We are getting our food safety plan in place and should be inspected in the next month or so.  The Food Safety and Modernization Act certification should be complete!
